CNC Machining
Melrosa Marble and Granite Limited use advanced specialist technology to provide the highest quality bespoke service money can buy. Our manufacturing process involves Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machining; a pre-programmed computer software that can operate factory machinery and tools to provide accurate results.
We use the Intermac MASTER 300 to operate our machinery. This state of the art equipment is expertly designed to cut, polish, grind, and engrave materials like marble and granite. The system facilitates an easy loading and unloading process and maximises productivity.

Due to the programmatic nature of CNC machining, it improves the accuracy of the manufacturing process; ensuring that it is continuously repeated in the exact same way. This ensures that the highest level of quality is consistently maintained.

Computer-operated machinery is far safer than manually operating machinery and removes the risk of accidental injuries.
